Unique system you place your own order at a kiosk...which is simple...any mistakes are yours.... Customer service is great...the gentleman with the dreds is all about making the customer's happy....well done! THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!...

Good food

Sent my husband in to pick up our food which we paid for online. He presented our confirmation number. Which wasn’t good enough because he didn’t have my ID. I had to text him a picture of my ID. The lady in the front was very nasty with him. I can’t keep giving my money away to you guys and your employees have BAD customer service. If he came in with the receipt, he should have gotten our food ASAP. I understand what you guys were trying to do but the execution was horrible .

Was excited to try the restaurants menu items of fried shrimp and fish. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the batter was Extremely salty, which soaked into the seafood even after i peeled off the batter.. The shrimp were a nice size med-large, but the fish was 1 piece cut in half, called 2 pieces. I understand Cajun flavor, but if it's the type of batter used, maybe you should consider having an alternate batter that's Not So Salty( the one being used will surely give you high blood pressure). There is Mac n cheese, and there is cheesy Mac n cheese. Their's is creamy with lot's of cheese which kinda over takes the mac. The flavor was edible. The strawberry crunch cake was very good. I will still try them again, but different menu items & will definitely inquire about the batter 1st Dietary restrictions: Inquire about the seasoned batter 1st if you are diabetic and watching your sodium levels

Great place to get delicious food with a twist.

The food looked just as good as it tasted!!! I had the double burger with the Mac N Cheese and pulled chicken on the burger. It was sooooo good I forgot to take a picture for the review. GO Get you Sum!!!
