Loved the self bread buttering and toasting station. Good food. A bit on the expensive side for what you get.

Bread bar is neat. Some good cocktails. The bar area has a cool vibe. Have had the cod a few times, it is tasty.

I was left wondering if our waitstaff was new, or just unfamiliar with the menu based on the service we received. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived for our 730 pm reservation. There were 9 of us. Our table was not set up with enough glasses or cutlery sets. We grabbed extras from surrounding tables as it was challenging to get the waitress's attention. Only 2 people ordered wine but the wine glasses stayed on the table. The entrees came, and the table was still cluttered with appetizer plates and wine glasses. It also had so many empty bottles of water because they weren't being cleared from the table. 5 of 9 of us had pasta of some sort. I had to ask for some grated parm cheese. The waitress did not offer cheese to everyone with pasta, so she had to come back. The children's menu was more suitable to feed a toddler rather than a 12 year old. We needed to order two children's meals because the pasta serving was so small. The waitress didn't offer the soup that the children's menu had listed. The dinner for 2 was small- except for the fries. For $70, I expected more veggies, meat, and less of the mountain of fries it was served with. The veal scalapini came with pasta that was very dry. Like it had been sitting for a while, or was warmed up and all the sauce had soaked into the linguine. Our dinner plates were still on the table when we were offered our bills. No coffee and only small little shot glass desserts were offered. It was so weird. It ended up being about $300 with tip for 5.

I’m honestly usually not difficult at all, but oh my… the food was bland. I ordered a carbonara and they brought me Alfredo pasta with what seemed like microwave bacon and a raw yolk on top?!? Nothing had any spice in it. The bread grill was filthy… they even somehow screwed up the leek soup. I don’t understand how, but my drink tasted like cardboard (maybe it was the straw?!?) :( the waitress was very nice but we waited about 15 min after we were done eating for her to come then another 20 for her to bring the bill… I was so annoyed I never even realized until we left that they never brought my kids the dessert included with their meal…
