Very good!! We came for both dinner and breakfast while staying at Kimpton Brice next door. The pancakes are delicious and huge! I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT and it was excellent and a little bit spicy from the chipotle sauce. For dinner I had the scallops over sun dried tomato risotto, very good! Our breakfast server, Jazzy, did a wonderful job and made us feel right at home.
Didn’t even get to try the food. The app took my order. Waited 45 minutes. Several transfers. Kitchen said they never got my order, and they closed at 9:45 pm. My order went through and I got a confirmation. Must infuriating part was the person I spoke with insisted that the time was 15 minutes past what was actually the real time! Just straight faced claimed that it was 10:56, when it was 10:41. Gaslight much?
Wonderful experience at Pacci! The hostess, Sophie, was so friendly and engaging. It was so nice chatting with her! Our server, Rebecca, was terrific. She was attentive and made our evening memorable.
We should have suspected this place after having no trouble getting a weekend reservation. Rock hard croutons, funny tasting basic salad and the pasta with bolognase sauce looked and tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese. Insanely high wine prices. Never again.
Sophie was a great hostess. Peter was a great waiter. Amazing experience!
Sophie was the best hostess she worked above and beyond to make us laugh, and refill our waters. The best hostess ever of all time
The first time in my life I ate a spicy pasta I didn't order. I ordered a Classic Beef Bolognese that didn't state it would be spicy and here I am, 28 dollars for that. The carbonara was horrible my guest couldn't even finish it!! The server was great but the restaurant itself is the worst. This restaurant shouldn't call itself and italian restaurant!!!!!
Bartenders gave fabulous service
Attended Easter brunch with family. The room set up looked like it was put together as an after thought as though they forgot they were serving brunch. Waited 40 min for an omelette, they had one tray of honey dew/cantaloupe as the fruit offered, crepes were served raw and we had to go to the bar to get drink service (despite paying for bottomless mimosa). Kimptons are known for attention to detail- this brunch was not worth $65 pp
