We've visited Pa Lian many times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. The restaurant offers an extensive selection of authentic Burmese delicacies crafted with the freshest ingredients and bursting with delightful flavors. Our favorites include the flavorful Mohinga, refreshing Tea Leaf Salad, and satisfying Nan Gyi Thoke. What truly sets Pa Lian apart is the impeccable service provided by owner. He is not only incredibly attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu. Additionally, we've been pleasantly surprised by the owner's occasional off-menu treats, which have always been outstanding.

Sheer euphoria. Best tea leaf salad I’ve ever had. Great gluten-free options. Attentive but not overbearing service. 10/10. Will definitely return.

Absolutely delicious food, the crispy spring rolls are the best I’ve had in ages, and the sweet and sour sauce is utterly unique and perfect. Tawk, the server, was a delight. Definitely recommend!

What a pleasant surprise! Pa Lian has a comfortable and welcoming interior, with a nicer ambiance than I expected... and the food/service didn’t disappoint either. I went there with 4 friends and we decided we'd experiment and share as it was our first time there. It's an "BYOB" place, so we brought drinks to share and had water there. The service was outstanding, our server was very helpful and he made a number of great suggestions: We started with the Tea Leaf Salad, the Ginger Salad and the Shrimp Salad, and then moved on to Chicken Mango and Beef with Fermented Black Bean. Everything was great, and we'll be back to try more... we loved it, and I'll look forward to coming back again!

One of the only Burmese restaurants in the surrounding area and it doesn't disappoint. Notes of Indian, southeast Asian, and Chinese food influence result in a uniquely mixed cuisine. Definitely worth trying more of the menu.

Tried Pa Lian at the recommendation of a friend. I had never had Burmese cuisine but enjoy Thai food so thought I'd give it a try. I'm not exaggerating when I say everything I had was delicious! We started with the Kaw-Pyan Gyaw (spring rolls) and Samusa. Both were crispy and light. The sauces were so tasty, particularly the darker sauce. Then we split the Tea Leaf Salad. It was fresh with an excellent crunch! I had the Kyarzan Thoke. The flavor was INSANE! And the portions were perfect. Others in my party had the Shan Noodle, Beef with fermented black bean, and the Ohn-No-Kauk-Swe. Everyone finished every bite. The medium level of spiciness was just enough to give a great kick without melting my face off. On top of great food, the service was impeccable. Very attentive, listened to our questions and gave great recommendations. I cannot wait to go back. This is definitely my new favorite spot!

Fantastic vegetarian food options- great flavors, ambiance, and the owner is amazing!!! The spring roll salad and the tofu salad are a must try- get their dipping sauce on the side, really elevates their dishes!
