AMAGING STAFF!! AMAZING MANAGER. I ordered chelian sea bass but did not realize it was deep fried and due to my health I can’t eat fried food. Restaurant manager Carlos offered a different dish and was beyond understanding and accommodating. Fabulous experience. We will be back.
Our server, Max, was helpful without being obtrusive. knowledgeable and contributed significantly to a wonderful evening. The food was superb, and the scenery was breathtaking.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the various types, and he described what each one is excellent for.
Went to Oyster Catchers again and it was perfection. Great drinks and fabulous food. Check out the pictures of scallops and pear salad.
Great restaurant just was upset how aggressive the manager was. Also no free refills on simple drinks not right close to 6:00 a refill especially for iced tea TF?
If your have more than 4 people.. it's a bit of an issue with seating. The girl at the front who was seated us was horrible at communication... our waitress however was amazing! Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. But I only tried the "brunch" so idk how the dinner is.
Jan. 13, 2024 / Dinner. I find it CRIMINAL (Carlos Bruzual, GM) that an iced tea is $5.25 with NO FREE REFILLS (**and the waiter NEVER communicated they were $5.25 refills ) .... SHAMEFUL OSYTERCATCHERS & GRAND HYATT .... ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL & so very disappointing!
New Years Eve brunch experience... I originally made a reservation for 7 people. We are visiting from out of town and a few other friends asked to join so we grew to a party of 10. I called in the day before to request a bigger table and was told no. The host told me that any parties over 8 required a private dining room fee, booking through their events person and 48 hours notice. Because of that, we kept it to 8 people. We had a 11:45am reservation and when we showed up the place was empty and our table wasn't ready. It took them 15 very (confused) minutes to get us seated... in a mostly empty restaurant. Oysters, cocktail shrimp and the calamari were delicious but entrees were average. Unfortunately, I didn't catch our servers name but she was outstanding and the best part of our experience. The restaurant/facility itself could use a little TLC.
