Stayed here two weeks and no issues what so ever slept great staff was great Rooms: Rooms are comfortable and ac works great

The worst hotel I had ever been at. There were multiple roaches and ants in the bathroom.

I came here for the low price, but I wouldn’t have had I known how disgusting the room would be. I took a picture of the lamp to show what the rest of the room was like - like nothing had been vacuumed or wiped in days or weeks. The toilet didn’t even flush. The level of dirtiness was appalling, even for a budget stay.

We needed a place quickly. We walked in met by a rude front desk clerk who made several rude comments to us. We booked the room anyhow because there were no other hotels available. We got in the room, and it was disgusting. There were bugs. Nothing was cleaned. It was a nightmare. We left. We asked the desk clerk if he knew about the bugs, he said "I don't know anything. I don't have any idea.". We left and that was that. Never again.

Carlos the GM helped me get a false booking off my charges. He went above and beyond to help me get that done. I couldn’t get anyone to respond by phone or email. He is a great asset to the motel!!! Thanks again Carlos!!

Disgusting

ROACHES. DISGUSTING ROOMS & FACILITIES. HORRIBLE SERVICE: ACCUSATORY, AVOIDANT AND RUDE. INHOSPITABLE.

Bathroom was gross, bugs were crawling around. Shower sprayed everywhere and our cards deactivated often.

The room could be a little cleaner. The phone was not working, not even to call front desk. And on a King size bed we do expect at least 4 pillows. The positive thing about this hotel was the uplift and kind front desk Brazilian lady. Thank you. Walkability: Fast food and other shops around.
