Outback Steakhouse

Expected a normal brunch? Poor service, wrong orders for Drinks, Gift card was not excepted, OUTBACK was not on its A game, Guess I'll have to go Further North to get Quality Service.

Went here, food was delicious, not too bad, the service was mad slow by this one waiter named Rita, she took so long to come get the bill from us, which we waited for 10 minutes. She took too long to get a to go cup for my mom‘s sparkling water.

Our server Ashley was amazing and made sure to always check on us.

I am editing my post from the safety of my own home. My original review was made with my server standing over my shoulder. Izaha was insistent, in a menacing way, that I give hime 5 stars. His service was sub par at best. I placed my order all at once. Though the venue was busy, it wasn't overly so. After a period of 10 minutes or so, another server, possibly a manager, had noticed me waiting and came over to ask if I had been helped. She took my order again and left, obviously annoyed with my original server. Almost immediately my drink and bread arrived. The steak was the worst cut of meat I've ever had at an Outback and I couldn't finish it. I have eaten at this same Outback in the past, but will not return after this encounter. I wish I knew who the second server was. I would have easily given her 5 stars for service.

Top notch restaurant- delicious food, excellent service, cozy atmosphere- will definitely be back!

My server was Ashley, We also have the same name so that was already a green flag! today was her first day here and the customer service was 10/10. Everyone in here is super friendly! And the service is super quick! I got my drink within seconds of ordering it. And the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was amazing! The steak was juicy it didn't even need the A1 sauce. Overall 10/10. I love this Outback!
