The manager Chad greeted us and I was struck by how friendly and handsome he was! His muscles were so big and his smile so kind I immediately knew I’d be back for more!

While thus location struggles due to leaky roof problems, causing the dining room to be closed, my spouse & I were pleasantly surprised by the cheerful & attentive serving staff. We were given a choice of our seating on the east patio, thus not having to deal with the sun. Drinks, appetizers and their normal menu were available and served in a timely fashion. Their roof situation is nearly 3 months old, at this point, & I'd give the staff hearty applause for doing a great job under unusual circumstances. They seem to also do a bustling take-out business during this roof problem. Now, if the powers that be ( corporate & insurers, etc.) could just get their act together.....

Service was good, food was great. Got a bloomin burger and ate the whole thing. Didn't care for the salad, it's just iceberg lettuce. Dining room was closed when we were there, some kind of roof leak I guess. All the ceiling tiles were gone. Patio is kind of blah. They need some plants and a string of patio lights. Maybe little LED candles for the tables. Parking: Parking lot is very dangerous. Cars spees through, run through the stop signs. Taking your life in your hands. They need speed bumps and cross walks plus better lighting at night. People parked in fire lane and no police presence.

When we got there they had some kind of mechanical issue and you could only eat on the patio. The service and food were great.

Onion blossom - batter was a combination of powder and raw batter at the core at the base section of onion. To be fair, we didn't have to point out the condition of the onion blossom. The employee who brought us our salads said it all and apologized for it and took it away for us. I'm not sure if we paid for the blossom or not. Our check wasn't itemized, and we just paid and left. Tuesday lobster and sirloin x 2 - had lobster tail steamed and was great! Sweet potato was cooked to the point of being mush and bled or purged juice all over my plate. Horseradish did not pack a punch. Ceasar salad looked and felt old and wilted. 1 of 2 sirloin was cooked as requested med rare, and the other was med. Both were underwhelming on seasoning. I had a stomachache and very gassy after my meal that night. After spending over $100 on 3 entrees and tip, we all agreed our food quality experience was on par with buffet food. It lacked care and passion. Pasta with sirloin and shrimp- pasta underwhelming with flavor and sauce. Same as the steak, underwhelming. Shrimp were great. Atmosphere - it was patio seating only. Didn't ask why. But they were only serving takeout on patio. We sat on the patio and it was a lovely evening with great weather.
