Overall the food was pretty good but I do have a few complaints on some thing this restaurant could improve on which is manly customer service, it took me and my family 45 minutes just to get sited at a table which there we already plenty of open tables the whole time we were waiting. However after we were sited we got our drinks which we good and it didn’t take to long for us to get our food which is positive. I only have one complaint about the food which is the Mac and cheese was a little cold which makes me thinks it was siting for a little while before being given. But overall good but could work on a better customer service.
Dillon, our server was very attentive,accurate with our meal orders and very friendly. Best server we have had in a long time.
Our server CJ is the best. We need to have more servers like him. My last few times at this restaurant was not good and so it was refreshing to get this young man who was courteous and very professional. Kudos for a great job!
Slow , slow , slow extremely slow everybody waitress acts like she don’t know how to Bartend and serve customers the customer service was 0/10 we couldn’t even get a refill because it was too much going on. Food took 40minutes to even come out which is ridiculous because our waitress forgot to put the food in. We asked for to go drinks and boxes we waited another 15 min for that.
This was once a very good restaurant, when family owned and managed. A meal has a number of courses, individually served. Evidently, a 30 second gap is deemed sufficient here under present management. Food quality also seems to have diminished. We won't be back.
I enjoy Outback. Unfortunately, on this visit, they were out of a lot of options. The wings were still wonderful as always.
