Service was amazing!! Our waitress was fun, prompt and no mistakes!! ❤️ I had baked potato soup... So very good. A rib eye steak, cooked perfectly & my salad.. I will be back!!!

It was just ok. Got sat right next to the bar and two guys were standing next to our table, talking to some people at the bar the entire time, so that kind of threw off the meal. Food was fine. Steaks are underdone as usual but that’s how they always do it easier to throw it on and cook it a little longer than to throw it away because it’s overdone I guess.

Better try next time.. everything sucks

I have eaten at a few steak-themed restaurants. The price was moderate and I didn't enjoy a $200 bill for 2 adults and 2 kids, but I guess that's to be expected anymore. We tried prime rib, filet mignon, and regular steak. It was all very tender and juicy. The sides were great. I was surprised to really enjoy the chili. The service was even better. I was really impressed. I will eat here again. Or, at least another Outback closer to home if I don't get to Reno soon. Only the price will slow me down a bit.

Imagine making a reservation 5 days prior to make sure everyone can be accommodated and are immediately told a reservation can't be made for 6 but 630 is fine so we accept. Show up, its a daughters 17th birthday, show up 30 minutes early to check in and ultimately have your table seated to apparently some one more important and them told sorry nothing I can do until those customers leave the service feels like it has gone down hill over time. All great things must end I suppose. I will not be coming back if that's how the customer gets treated.
