Outback Steakhouse

Worst experience ever. Order steak medium and it came out purple rare. Sent it back only to come out burned and well done like shoe leather. Next one came out the size of a hot dog and it was burned on the outside and well done on the inside. The manager thought he was funny and said “they come in all shapes and sizes”. I will never go back!

Chantel was AMAZING. She went out of her way to help us find something that was no longer on the menu and was very personable. The restaurant was clean and the food was great.

They couldn't get the stakes right, three of us senior ladies ordered Ribeye stakes, two of us ordered our stakes medium, the stakes were well done, when we bought our problems to the server she summoned the Manger who stated they cooked the thinner stakes so they would cook faster, we felt we paid for good stakes and they should not have compromised without telling us we would be getting thinner stakes that are hard to cook them medium, they took them back to the kitchen and the server brought us some thicker which were tough, we took the thicker ribeye stakes home, because they were too tough to eat. Being Seniors on a fix income that's all we could do. I don't know if we will vote to Return to that Restaurant

Amethyst is an amazing server, she was joyful and friendly. Food was hot and fresh and made to order.

They were obviously in need of help to buss the tables. There was 5 or 6 tables around us that had food left on them. Waiting to be cleaned the whole time that we were eating.we could have enjoyed it more if we did no have to look at all the leftover plates on the surrounding tables.

I would like to let all of Savannah and the surrounding Low Country how absolutely wonderful this particular Outback is! I’ve been coming to eat at this location on Abercorn for over 6 yrs, I’ve never been treated with more kindness and appreciation at all the local spots in the city. Amber the GM goes above and beyond not just for her customers but you can clearly see it shows within her team. I’m in an agressive business as well, & consumers have many choices to choose from in anything in life. I can tell you that I truly only would come here if Amber & her staff are here. I read about the closings of over 40 Outbacks & when I last went in about a week ago Amber came right out to great me and ensure me that she wasn’t going anywhere! Thank goodness! I hope someone from Corporate reads this and knows how sincerely dedicated she is and appreciates that type of work ethic and kindness-that is rare in this world now a days.
