Outback Steakhouse

Server Hayley (Hailey?) was able to connect with each of us (ages ranging 10-79) on a kind and humorous level. She made sure our food was delivered at temp and as preferred all the while keeping all her tables equally managed and contented.

Overpriced for what it provides

Randy is amazing she went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, she was very knowledgeable and was able to give us the perfect recommendations, Leah is clearly very experienced with customer service and has a special ability to deal with a variety of potential speed bumps with grace and class, thank you so much for taking care of our friends and us, the employees here deserve all the praise.

Adrian was very helpful and professional. Leah, the manager, helped added the extra spécial touches to our meal. Our steaks were tender and cooked to perfection.

Update: Some had burgers here and we're all bad. The shrimp on the barbie was real good as I had it. So it's a mixed bag of Russian roulette. Outback is what it is, a lower end steakhouse chain that makes consistent steaks. Compared to other high end steakhouses, it does not have some of the items needed to compete like atmosphere, craft ice, cloth table covers, etc.

This was our first visit in a few years. We were quite happy with the experience. The inside dining was much changed in atmosphere as the last time we were in here quite a few years back it was noisy because of the bar. I ordered a 12oz prime rib med rare and it was prepared properly but the fat was little to be seen. I will order a steak the next time. Our server Hannah was spot on in making our dining experience fun and she was attentive throughout our meal. The Gen Mgr Leah came to our table and she was extremely cordial and asked about our experience. Great customer service and the food was good but I did expect a bit more but I will come back and try other menu items. I do recommend this location of Outback!
