Outback Steakhouse

We called at 3pm to see if we could make a reservation, and they said yes. We told them we had a group of 13 people. So we made a reservation for 5pm. They said show up 15 minutes early. We did, and they told us the table wasn't ready. They would call us when the table was ready. After 20 minutes, we went in and asked what the status was. She said it would be another 45 minutes. When we asked to speak to a manager she said which one. Bottom line, she never got us a manager, so we left. She was very rude.

Trina was the best. When you come to eat dinner ask to sit in her section.

Porterhouse steak good, not dry nice texture

Our server, Lorenzo I believe was very good. Blooming onion was a major disappointment but he and management staff agreed, not even worth serving. Again, our meal and service was great!

Customer beware. Food is subpar. Staff isn't friendly. If you want a well-done steak just order medium rare.

We went for lunch. Absolutely delicious! Our Hostess was Marin A. She took wonderful care of us. Always making sure our glasses stayed full. She was friendly and professional. Our food was hot and fresh. The sirloin was tender and delicious. The coconut shrimp was cooked to perfection. For the price, it would have been nice to get five shrimp instead of four.... The blooming onion didn't disappoint and the French Onion Soup was scrumptious!!! This is one of the few restaurants in town that serves French Onion Soup. Thanks Marin for making our visit so enjoyable!
