Tonight we ordered food by DoorDash and about half of our order was forgotten so I called the restaurant. First the manager THANKED me fore calling to let her know so she could speak with her kitchen manager to make it right! I believe she said her name was Jasmine? wish I could remember but anyways! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our order was corrected. One of our steaks was way under cooked and they sent out a new one too. She took our name and phone number to follow up. Turns out Door Dash couldn’t get our order picked up so she sent one of her staff members to our house with our order! She was so kind and so helpful. Truly what a wonderful manager and they are lucky to have her! We would have been fine with even an apology and not only did she do all of the above, they sent a free dessert coupon with the driver! Deserves a raise!
Food was ok. Not sure about visiting again.
Good meal, service was a little slow but understandable in today’s environment.
This visit, at this location, has now sealed the deal for me for all Outbacks. I have tried to stick with them - through the smaller salads, smaller servings in general and just meh food. But bc they are a named brand and we were visiting, sometimes you just want to go to a familiar place. And I always soooo want them to be good. We knew we were off to a not so good start bc our server was not 'on'. She couldn't remember our drink order (two teas and 1 water). But we moved on. We ordered. I had the prime rib (it was a Friday) and my friend had the salmon. To be fair - we were very specific about no onions on 1 salad. Then on our baked potato choices - I was a no sour cream and the other was a no green onions and no bacon. Both potatoes came out wrong. The salad was wrong. Then the side veggie was wrong on the salmon. I don't know why our server couldn't get it right. Or at least check it before it comes to the table. My prime rib was sad. A tasteless, overcooked prime rib. This isn't the first time I've had bad prime rib at Outback. It used to be soooo good but it has lost its way. Lower quality. Sadly, I won't be visiting an Outback anytime soon in the near future.
I have had better nights here, so I'm disappointed tonight. When the waitress brought me my salad I had no utensils, and said she would bring some, shich happened slowly. I was already dining alone, so I felt more awkward sitting there with a salad in front of me that I couldn't eat. I also asked for a rare steak, but it was medium rare instead. I never feel comfortable sending food back so I lied to the waitress and told her it was okay when she asked if my food was good. But she did do her job to ask. However, she was more on the timid side the whole time and she did not ask me if I wanted another martini or desert, so I just paid my bill and left. So, I was a little disappointed with the service tonight as well.
