Outback Steakhouse

Food was mediocre at best. Was not impressed. The prime rib burger was greatly overrated. Tasted like roast beef, not prime rib. Ceasar salad evidently was made ahead and kept at a very cold temperature prior to serving because the lettuce was somewhat limp. Won't be back.

The past 2 occasions we visited this location we had a horrible experience. First time our waitress was rude and our drinks were empty the whole time we were eating. Last night we sat at our table for 17 minutes without even being greeted and there were only 4 tables in the entire restaurant. We finally had our drink order taken and we placed our order as well. We received our salad before our drinks were even made and 15 minutes later we received our bar drinks. 40 minutes after that our food still wasn't ready and we complained to the waitress expecting a manager to come and address the issue, which never happened until we got up to find her ourself. I am a bartender of over 20 years myself at a very busy restaurant, so I know how a restaurant/ management should handle these types of situations, but after our last 2 experiences we will not return. It was our anniversary and we missed our next plans due to the wait and we just went home hungry instead. The worst part about it is that when the location was downtown I wouldn't mind the 1 or 2 hour wait they always had because the food and experience was so professional and worth the wait! I'm not sure what happened with the move, but it makes sense why there would be an almost empty restaurant with no wait on a weekend night. Had the manager apologized and tried to correct the situation we would be understanding and return. I've never left anyone a bad review in my life, but corporate needs to know how this location is operated so they know why they're losing money at this location.

Me and wife went on April 9th. Had steak, chicken and salads…great dinner and great service from Eli …went back July 15th. Eli is the best, meal was really good!!this time was the worst overcooked steaks ever!!!

We went for an early dinner Sunday. We ordered and after quite awhile server came over said bartender was serving tables and our drinks would be delivered shortly? Had ordered appetizers and the first thing delivered was a salad? Then our dinner. When I mentioned the appetizers another server said oh let me check. The manager came over and we received a free appetizer. The food was delicious. But the service was all over the board. Not sure what the problem was but maybe training.

So so. Did not pass the smell test. First time going to a steak house and told they run out of a certain cut. They can do better, must do better to survive. If I will go back and that's the smell that will welcome.me, I'm not going in. Place is almost empty, but it can also be the time of the day. We were there 4ish.

Overcooked food and very very small portions for my whole family. I was scared to even let the waiter know about it cuz I didn’t want them to do anything to my food. I will not be back! I paid $40 for my meal! Waiter was nice. The dried up half of a chicken breast and a steak that was so hard to even cut into with a steak knife. Sorry outback but y’all gotta do better. A lot better!
