Ordered the ribeye medium rare, which came out great. A loaded baked potato and brussel sprouts. The potato had little to no toppings and the Brussel sprouts were burnt beyond being able to eat. The server ( Mariah M ) was excellent an deserved the tip I left. If the tip would have been based on the meal, the tip would have been 5% instead of the 22% I left. This makes me wonder if things like this are why Texas Roadhouse is much busier.

It's been over a decade since I've dined inside this Outback and it's super comfortable inside. I sat at a booth which was very comfortable/cozy and the atmosphere was just right. Something about seeing a fire going while it's snowing outside and the warm baked bread just makes you feel good to be there. Also the Pumpernickel bread they bring to your table is REALLY good. I ordered the wings because they are my favorite and have been for several years. Server was a Gentleman and He was great!

They brought dishes out too quickly. Before we were finished w/ appetizer, they were literally forcing our entrees upon us. It was very rude of them to do such a thing, especially considering that this is NOT a fast food joint and, how MUCH we spent!! They shoved the food at us and ran away! No chance to say, "Excuse me! Plz take this back while we finish. Thank you. " When I go out to a restaurant, I expect to eat leisurely, not wolf the dern thing down. And certainly not be presented with the check almost immediately when we were ready to order more drinks!!! Bottom line: steaks were raw, food served far too fast, (Husband threw up bcz the steak was too raw, next day in the car, dash board, steering wheel, everything, in parking lot of work. What a mess. ) steaks were grissly, too. Yuck. Medium rare means MEDIUM rare, NOT rare. He saw doc next day: food poisoning due to lack of fever. Go to LONG HORN!!! (Thicker cuts, not usually filled w/grissle & wait staff is nicer. Will take things back!!!) With going out costing an arm and a leg, (over $100 sans alcohol) the customers should be treated as royalty!!! P..S. that link doesn't take you anywhere to resolve anything. I have been to real restaurants: no suit, no tie, no service, no prices in my menu. Yes, I was spoiled afew times by real, chef cooked, filet mingon. You HAD to dress up to go to these restaurants!
