Outback Steakhouse

Our steaks were done just right: one was medium rare and the other medium well. The chef was Juwan. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Thanks Taylor. Well done today!

Went for dinner about 3:30. Ordered the wings. When they came out the were dripping blood. Server came back and told us she talked to the head cook who was on break that it was just a broken vein. Ok... But 4 wings of dripping blood later??? Got new ones and guess what... No broken veins. Ordered the Kingsland pasta. Noodles were cold, steak was over cooked and had no flavor. Shrimp had no flavor. I ordered the 8oz sirloin and lobster. Steak had no flavor and lobster was cold. After food was dropped server (claire) never came back to check on us. Could have had the opportunity to maybe make it right. When she finally came back to check on us after 10+ minutes of me finishing my food (my husband hadn't ate anything) I told her about our experience. She got the general manager Matt. He took my husbands food off and gave me 2 10 dollar gift cards for our next visit. A very bland and disappointing meal for 60 dollars. Had to come home and cook my husband dinner after spending 60 dollars on food. We don't go out often ( a couple times a month) ( when we do we tend to stick to mom and pop restaurants) and this just adds to the disappointment of chains. Contacted at email below (2x) as requested. Guess they really don't care as corporate never responded to me either. Oh well.... You live and learn.

Ate here couple nights ago while on business travel. Wanted healthy dinner so had baked salmon, asparagus, and salad. Walked from hotel.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was sufficient parking with wheelchair access onto sidewalk. were seated quickly. My mom was able to navigate the layout easily. The bathroom was able to be navigated without assistance. The only thing mom had trouble with was the doors, since they are heavy.

We have not been in this restaurant in years due to a terrible experience in years past. My wife wanted to come for her birthday because she's a big jeep person (owns 4) and the mixed drink she'd been seeing that had the koladuck in it was all she wanted for her birthday. We invited friends and meet to eat. Our server was super nice but when I asked about the drink she said yes they had them. Drinks came but no duck. Wasn't a big deal so we ordered another and asked her if she could be sure this one had it. She said yes but it might have a different one as she thinks they are out of that one. A bit bummed but ok a duck is fine. She said it would probably be a shark. We expected a duck with shark head or something of the like. Lol no it was an actual plastic shark. So we chalked it up to bad timing and went on to celebrate. Ordered a flight of the margaritas on special. Was brought something different in different glasses that didn't fit in the boomerang and was told they were out of tge glasses that fit it. No salt, sugar on the rim. We moved on and ordered an onion. I'd never had 1 but our friends had. Within 2 bites they said something wasn't cooked long enough and sent it back for one cooked longer so it wasn't slimy. At this point trying not to fuss or ruin her birthday dinner we ordered our food. Our friends had steaks and I did with shrimp. My steak was very tough but I didn't say anything I just pressed on. I noticed my friends were not eating theirs and when my wife went to the restroom asked why. They too said they were a bit tough but didn't want to say anything. I didn't make a scene as our service was good but she was having to return food for the table behind us for similar issues. We asked for the check and I gave her my card. Not until I went to the vehicle did I notice I'd paid for 2 beers I didn't order. I asked our friends and they paid for the flights that should have been mine. I tried to pay them for the drinks but they refused. No ducks, poor food, unsure on what drinks we had on the boomerang but didn't look like the ones others had around us. Looks like we should have chosen a different experience for a special day. Fyi our server said it was the manager who chose to put the shark in the drink however we never meet them or heard from them so unsure.

Server was bad, food wasn't hot, way over priced for Luke warm steak
