Outback Steakhouse

I love outback. Food is always great. Tonight however my husband and i decided to come for our 16 year wedding anniversary. Food was good service was good. Took my food home and when i heated it up and was eating it. I ran into a black string like thing. Didnt think it was a hair but my husband said it might have been fake hair. Pretty disappointed had to throw my left overs out because after having someones hair in your mouth everything just looked nasty after that. Sorry not very happy this time.

I am in town for work and by myself. Walked over to the Outback for a nice diner. I sat at the bar and the bartenders and staff were awesome. The 2 bartenders worked very well together, very engaging, and all the staff were polite to eachother. This was a breathe of fresh air. It reminded me of when I worked in a bar in college everyone got along great and it was fun to work there. It was a pleasure to be sitting at this bar for my meal. The service was great, the food was great, it was well worth the visit.

Bad service, sub par food. Next time I want steak I'll hit Roadhouse

It may be the worst steakhouse in the entire area. I was never able to properly get a steak made here no matter how many times they tried. When it finally did come out the correct temperature it was still inedible due to being the saltiest steak I’ve ever had. I just gave up and never ordered steak again from here again. I quite enjoy the blooming onion so I returned. I thought a burger would be a safe option and somehow ended up with the worst burger I’ve ever had as well. I asked for medium and was served a hockey puck. It was extremely overdone. It had cucumbers on it instead of pickles. It had shrimp on it instead of onions. I complained to my waitress who was astonished and went to get the chef. He acted as if I was in the wrong for complaining. When the waitress returned she told me she was waiting to bring the bill in hopes I would get a discount. I knew I would not but let her wait anyway. Of course the chef didn’t offer a discount since he couldn’t even offer a simple apology. Will never return. Vegetarian options: I’d be wary of eating here with any allergy or food restriction. Was accidentally given shellfish in my entree and the chef acted as if it’s a common occurrence. Dietary restrictions: I’d be wary of eating here with any allergy or food restriction.
