I had an excellent waitress! She barely had any help but she worked those tables. The food was great.
I loved their hot wings appetizers, chicken strips was ok , grilled chicken was delicious and the burger looked great but didnt taste it.
I wouldn’t go back. Admittedly, I mistakenly went to the wrong restaurant while taking my kids for lunch (teens), but figured it would be rude to walk out after being seated. I regret that decision to stay. Sat at a booth - table was a little dirty which was odd since they weren’t busy at all so it wasn’t a rushed cleaning. Ordered 4 waters.. mine came with something black floating in it on top. Waitress told me she was just getting bread so maybe it came off of bread (note: we hadn’t gotten any bread yet). She took it back and eventually brought me another after I had to remind her and this one had other things floating in it that were more white/light brown and near the bottom. Needless to say, I did not drink anything the entire time. Should have been a red flag that made us leave but we were exhausted so we stayed. Ordered cheese fries and the bowl for the dip came out with a huge chip. Got bread - again it was cracked/chipped. I often wonder where the shards of glass or wood/plastic are, but I know this usually happens in the dishwasher so it’s unlikely it’s in our food. Hopefully. Also, had to ask for silverware because the booth seating 4 only had 3… Idk man, I just really wish we hadn’t stayed. We were there during the end of lunch hours (around 3) so our meal wasn’t expensive (for 4 it was about $75+ I tipped) but I will never be returning. The wait staff seemed like they could care less about anything/anyone and things were just dirty. I feel irresponsible as a parent for having let my kids eat here, but we were literally that exhausted after an hour at Amuse.
There was an error in the initial preparation of my stake, necessitating a second attempt, which unfortunately also resulted in an incorrect outcome. The servers were nice about it though.
Going to Outback Steakhouse on a Sunday after church service is a No, No. The restaurant is crowded. It was a 30-minute wait time to be seated . Our waitress was doing double because of the crowd. But she handled herself well. Some customers were rude to the waitress, but They remained professional throughout their serving customers. The owner or manager should be proud of their employees who worked this past Sunday, March 3rd .
Need the servers to actually smile and want to be at work.
