Outback Steakhouse

Our waitress Lori was absolutely horrible. She approached with an attitude. Nevertheless, we have our drink and appetizer order. It took quite some time to return, with drinks and take our food order. Our wings came out, still no bread. The plates that were brought for our appetizer were disgustingly nasty and wet with some brown substance. We stopped our waitress who apologized, and the lady who brought the plates the first time came with new plates. She said she didn't know how the plates were dirty because she cleaned them herself. Our bread finally arrived. The young lady who brought it out apologized for it being delayed. She said that she was just busy because all the orders came in at once. The place didn't have many patrons, but ok. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. The young male hostess at the front turned away 2 parties of 10. He actually told them that there wasn't a table big enough for all of them. They offered to sit at 2 tables close to each other. He then told them there wasn't a waitress for that area. Both groups left. That was crazy. The place was basically empty of patrons, and he turned them away. The wings are good here. They always are. The service was terrible. If I return, it will only be to get wings TO GO! The owner replied to my review asking that I contact them directly and I did. I never received a response.

Monica was our waitress. Our 3” Steaks were amazing!! Dietary restrictions: Some of our family is gluten free and dairy free. They are fully accommodating.

Koala Punch fantastic. Jeep guy. Loved the little Koala. Steak was cooked perfectly and the fried mushrooms were on point.

I read a review before I visited which said that it was a very friendly atmosphere and the Waitresses would greet you and they did! My waitress' name was Bree! And she was lovely. I was staying in a motel where they had no breakfast, so she helped me with a snack for the next morning! Parking: There are handicap spots right in front of the door.

After seeing the fettuccine Alfredo with steak and shrimp advertised on Facebook, I decided to give it a try. I ordered it for pickup and it was an uneventful experience. It was brought to my car promptly. The meal, however, was a disaster. The steak was way overcooked and the shrimp were cold as you can imagine. It looked absolutely nothing like pictured in online advertising. The pasta needed much more sauce. My last three experiences with this location have been under average at best. I won’t be back.

Went for dinner on 3/10/24, it was very hot inside the dining area. Besides that, was told there was bread in the oven and it would be out soon, never showed up. Asked server about it and she said oh yeah, I also need to check on your food. Turns out, our order was never put in. Once we finally got it, one of the steaks was tough and chewy despite not being overcooked. Never had that happen before. Prob won't be returning
