Outback Steakhouse

My family and I have been here more then once, and trust me when I say they can make a Steak just right. Honestly, you don't need to put any sauces on it. The only complaint any of us had was full stomachs, even the dog got a doggie bag....lol. Love Them. ❤️

By accident, I placed an online pick-up order for the Lexington KY Outback, rather than the Richmond KY Outback. (I was tired & not paying attention .) I called the Lexington restaurant to see if I could cancel the order & credit my card. The phone receptionist was very professional & while she, herself, couldn't cancel & credit my card, she said the manager Stacy would call me back to assist. My compliments & thanks to Manager Stacy for calling back within a half-hour. She canceled my ordered, credited my card, and I was able to order at the Richmond restaurant, where the food was excellent. Thank you!

They make it right! I have a food allergy. One of the servers told me they don't even have any in the kitchen so there's nothing to worry about. Well, that turned out to be incorrect and could've been a severe situation. Fast forward to them making ny food incorrectly. The managing partner came out herself and made sure everything was handled properly and they corrected everything for me. She went above and beyond to ensure my food was safe for me to eat and comped the meal. I just appreciate someone taking my food allergy seriously. I didn't want to be rushed to the ER on my lunch break. Dietary restrictions: Make sure the server knows your allergy even if you don't think it'd be in that meal.

We had a great waiter his name is Mike and his last name initial is a m is Mike M. We appreciate him so much he is a very great waiter and he deserves a raise he was very welcoming and very kind and we enjoyed his service the food was great we loved it.

The coconut shrimp and dipping sauce were amazing but the Brussel sprouts were not the best. They were too done and also too big. They were bitter
