Outback Steakhouse

Steaks were a little under done, but otherwise everything we had was great

What an absolute disaster of a visit! I called at 12 for call ahead seating for 15 at 6pm. I asked everyone to get there at 5:30. My son, who's birthday is was, and I, his mom, got there at 6. They told us it'll be a 45 minute wait. We waited over an hour to get seated. Twenty minutes later a server got our drink order. Then we got our food order. It didn't come out for another hour. When we finally got our order some of the food was cold. Another guest found a hair in their food & their steak was not cooked as asked. Unacceptable in every way. My sons birthday dinner was ruined & I had some very unhappy guests. I would appreciate someone contact me from corporate to rectify the situation.

Much better Outback than the one on Merchants Road in Knoxville! We were cold and they actually turned up the heat! The food was all good and service was good! There were not many other customers at the time we were here!

Place was kinda empty, waited about 5 minutes to get seated, once seated the waitress came right away, food was good and exactly as ordered, medium rare steak, sides were good, there were a couple guys at the bar that were a little loud but other then that a pretty good meal for the price, left about a 25% tip because of the service I was provided
