Outback Steakhouse

Lunch was actually awesome for some reason my meal tasted better than the Avon location I will definitely be back to try something different.

We waited to be seated for 10 minutes as workers walked bye and stared at us. After being ignored my multiple workers, we walked out. Highly don’t recommend this location.

Entree was not even close to what it looked like pictured. Steak burned outside; toddler amount of shrimp on an adult entree; then, barely any sauce. Ordered extra toppings for the sweet potato and did not receive them. Salad entree does not come with enough dressing.

First of all we had a 45 minute wait which we didn't mind that much. 1st The waiter toke our order, brought out our salads but failed to bring out the utensils. Toke her a while to come back to our area. 2nd Our food toke a long time to come out. Didn't understand why if the place was not full! 3rd My steak was overcooked and I wanted it medium rare. 4th My daughter was not quite done with her food when our server brought our receipt which it was not a problem, I signed it and still waited for my daughter to finish eating. 5th a server which wasn't out server came to our table preceded to pick up the receipt and the waiters tip and basically told us "everyone is gone we're already closed". Rudest thing ever!!!??! I looked for a manager but he/she was not where to be found. We left so upset and mind you my daughter didn't get to finish her food. Never again will we go back!!!!

Everything was wonderful. Steaks were exactly the way that I ordered. Staff was very good and friendly, especially to me not being able to navigate the app.

Food and our service great. Seemed shorthanded- there were several larger parties and it took quite a while to get these tables cleared.

It is a shame to come in and spend the money you do snd the tables are full of unbussed dishes. The kid cleaning tables is keeping the same few tables cleaned by moving the dirty dishes from dirty tables to unused 2 seaters. So insanitary.

Tried to eat here. Most tables were dirty. Told it would be 20 min before the bartender would be able to even get us a drink. Walked out.
