Outback Steakhouse

An old one at Gallerias Mall. Still having good meals and no too expensive. Selection of wine and beers and still an excellent place to hang out. The music doesn't disturb, so you can talk without yelling. Very enjoyable.

My brother and I came to eat here, and we had 10/10 service from Josh at the Riverchase Galleria (Hoover AL) location. The food was fantastic, and came out within a timely manner. We didn't have any issues, and Josh was always close by to give us whatever we needed (even if we didn't ask). Josh did a wonderful job tonight. He was kind, honest, and down to earth. Thank you Outback, and thank you Josh

Our server, Josh, was absolutely incredible. The restaurant was busy and understaffed when we came in but he found a way to make sure everything was excellent. He was all over the restaurant with tables but still made sure we didn’t want for a single thing. His recommendations were great. All of our food was brought out in a timely manner. Drinks stayed full. He was very polite even though he was busy. We will be back just to ask for him!

Food over seasoned steak spongy. Bathrooms were nasty. Over all terrible experience

To expensive for the quality.

1/28/24-I've been an Outback fan for years but today was different. Party of 3 arrived at 1:50. Seated at 1:57. Drinks took 20 minutes. Appetizers arrived 10 minutes later. At 3:25 we still had not received our meal so I asked for our ticket and left. BTW, Mike was a good pleasant apologic waiter so I gave him a five bucks tip. Anyway, Yall can have this location.

The food wasn't horrible. But the service was so incredibly bad. And the server was completely inattentive. And I know he was still tipped well due to us being in the service industry. I called the day before to let them know we were coming. And we were meet with shock and no clue that we were coming. The manager was not out and about. There was another server and they were on the floor and present and our server just didn't care. Some of the table had food cooked wrong but due to waiting over an hour to get it we just all ate because I had my kids there for my brother's birthday and it was already late as hell. I think it was an isolated incident with this young man server. It was a terrible experience. I have not been able to get in touch with management either. I have been calling and being hung up on. I don't typically like to post a Google review. There was another party of 8 or 9 that had the server with the Mohawk and that server was fabulous that party was in way after us and out way before us. It spent 91 on food and 21 on tip and I didn't even eat my food. I wanted to get my food taken off but I was held hostage for so long I didn't even want to be stuck longer.
