Always great steak and you must have a blooming onion

Steak & loaded potatoes were excellent veggies were overcooked. My husband steak was good but veggies were cooked too long and mac and cheese was cold had to send it back 3×

The food was good. The service was a little slow but I loved that the restaurant was not noisy. We were able to enjoy visiting while eating with our friends. That's hard to find these days.

Worst restaurant from this franchise I've ever experienced!! When we walked in, we were ignored for about 3 minutes. Then finally the server came and asked for our info, which was weird since the manager was accepting and seating everybody else. We ordered the shrimp appetizer that usually comes with sauce drizzled overed as advertised, they bought it to our table completely dry and extremely over seasoned. For dinner I ordered the ribeye steak & chicken with asparagus and of course the baked potato. The only items on my plate that weren't over seasoned was the asparagus, but WHO MESSES UP ASPARAGUS, they DID! You could only bite off the very top and with no flavor, well if dirt is a flavor. I guess the only edible item was the baked potato. The second plate, is not worth mentioning the level of disappointment they served. Don't order the breaded chicken, high blood pressure and clogged arteries is how they entertain their guest. They shouldn't be allowed to serve food to the public.

Used to be very good. This time, ribs tasted terrible. Mentioned to server; no action was taken. Won't be back.

Everything was okay

I always wanted to come here and now that I have all my expectations were met. I would love to come back.
