Outback Steakhouse

We moved to the area about 9 months ago. Finally made it over to Outback and was really pleased with how everyone really seemed to love their job and were really nice and attentive. It was refreshing bc a few other restaraunts in the area definitely didnt take pride or have much care. This was completely different and refreshing. Our order came out perfectly. The recommendations, care and attention from our server Josh were on point! He also had a team helping bring food out and checking on us which we really appreciated so much. We loved seeing the manager who clearly took pride as well. Great team yall!! Please keep being you bc it was perfect and made our date night away from home extra enjoyable. We needed a break and you helped make that happen seamlessly. The food, drinks and service were great yall. Appreciate everyone who had a part in making our dinner so great! Excited to come back soon! Thank yall!!

(Not real name) This happened on 4 Jan 24. Had lunch with family friend and her children. SIERRA CHARGED ME TWICE...one charge without the tip, and a duplicate charge with the tip. Needs to learn the payment process. Put payment machines on the tables to ensure no duplicate charges...won't have to deal with an incompetent server. MANAGER: I'm DISPUTING the charge without the tip. Or, is this how y'all make money thinking people won't look at their statements and you keep the money??? Try looking at your statements too. Why didn't you catch the error?

Maybe the food is better inside. The takeout was horrible.

Service is great but the new steak And shrimp Pasta is tough and tasteless! The Alfredo sauce is very bland and salt and pepper do not help it!

The experience was joyful and pleasant. Zychari was a very pleasant person, and he catered to our need. He was very attentive. We want him for our service the next time my wife and I come back.

Everything was great! Our server Mr. Zychari served my husband and I with excellence. His courtesy, smile, and hospitality was truly on point. Outback SteakHouse is the place to be and thanks!!!

I guess every time I went was on a cold day because it was really cold inside. And I know waitresses work for the tips but we got ignored for almost a whole 45 minutes before we can order our food because she kept running back and forth on other people before we had a chance to even order our food. We got sweet tea and except for so long before our meal I had to get it reordered because it was watery before my food came. But the food was good and I think from now on I order my food to go.
