Food was good

Wow where to begin. The hostess was flustered and confused and was telling people 45 min to an hour wait but there were at least 12 open tables I could see. The server didn’t greet our table for 11 minutes and it wasn’t busy but apparently she did not know her section. The food was pretty darn good and drinks were good when I finally got mine (13 minute bar drink, bar with zero people and lots of open tables. Server was not good. She took our order than everything else was brought by someone else. Other servers working hard but not her. When we left there were 15 or more tables open and they still were telling people there was a wait. Never once saw a manager which might have helped the disaster going on. I worked in the restaurant business as a server for over 30 years, this isn’t service, this is a disaster. Again the food was good but I go out for more than food.

Everything was good except sitting under a heat vent that was always blowing out very cool air! Made us cold and cooled our food quickly. Asked our server about and she said I know but couldn't do anything about. It was cold and snowing outside! Should've been warmer. Would've lasked to move but there were vents above the other tables as well.

service very slow and it wasn't even busywent around 430p didn't leave until 630 took to long. Didn't get it salads until after dinner came... don't think I'm going back for awhile

Not worth it.

Updated 1/2024 Was present on Sunday for table of 16 mid-afternoon. Waited for near 45 min (place was EMPTY). Server: Sean E... Reality - he was NOT capable of a table this size so the BLAME falls on the management - know your people or get them help or get off you butt and do something... Food was OK, but the waitstaff was terrible (I still gave >20% although was NOT deserved). I have a specific dietary restriction and CLEARLY noted it - ALL food came out affected so we just ate only the steak (overdone) and left the sides completely untouched. Would have mentioned but NEVER saw the guy again (and he didn't deliver)... That said - 95 bucks for two - they are way outclassed by Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse. Ribeye was so thin, had thicker on cheesesteaks in Philly... . No mgr sweep (appears they were busy screwing up the floor allocation)- shame.

Waitress was very disrespectful and aggressive . Was rolling her eyes and head . Wouldn’t recommend coming here with your family

Just ate there. Worst service ever. Waitress was not friendly at all. The food was dry undercooked or overcooked depending on whose meal it was. Not a great experience at all. Manager did give 25% off which was nice but they need to do better.
