This was my first time back at an Outback restaurant in over two decades and it was ok. New update: I had a second visit here on 3/5/24 and I have to say that this was NOT a good experience. The server screwed up the orders so badly that the food came out in sections. She wasn't attentive at all and above all else, she did not apologize for any of her mishaps. She entered the meals in wrong and then tried to correct it but upcharging for the extras that originally came with the plate IF she had only entered it in correctly the first time. Then she had the audacity to say this was how the meal was prepared but I knew better (shaking my head). I added the new photos to the original post. I had to speak to the manager about not charging for one of the meals (the plate with asparagus) because it was completely wrong and wasn't touched at all. Overall, not too good of an experience but will probably try again on another day.

This is near our house so we go occasionally. I love their blackberry martinis and their steaks are good. The bread is delicious. The service is hit or miss. Our waitress tonight ignored the fact when I told her it was my husband’s birthday so I kept telling her every time she came to our table until she finally wished him a happy birthday. I wasn’t about to let her ignore it! She didn’t keep our empty dishes cleared off the table and left them there til the end and seemingly had no personality at all. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good night. Who knows. But the waitress at the table next to us was cheerful and talking to her patrons and seemed great so it’s really just a matter of who you get as your server. But the food and drinks and prices are good. Customer service goes a long way though. Just saying….

We waited almost 2 hours for our food. The restaurant floors were nasty and the restroom had no soap. Once we finally got our meal, my steak and potatoes were lukewarm at best. Our waitress was very sweet and apologetic.

We had the pleasure of having Brittany as our take away person tonight and could not have had a better, more easy transaction. She came out with a smile and every item we ordered and our extras were all in the bag. We felt she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and definitely deserves some recognition. Thank you Brittany and Outback!

Dana, the owner was very engaged with all customers. The food was outstanding. Dessert was excellent!
