Worst food I have ever eaten, all of our food was burnt , I've never been to a out back that was as bad as this was .

Lashaunda is such a pleasant face to see when you walk in! She lights up the room with her spirit as the hostess.

There seemed to be much confusion and lack of management from your front of the house management last night. We waited an hour for our table only to be taken to unbussed table and lead back to the waiting area. We then waited another 15 mins while chaos was happening. The manager then called 2 other tables and when I spoke up that we were next she then yelled at me and accused me of not being patient. I asked her to change her tone and then she asked me not to yell at her. I hope for the sake of your employees that she doesn't yell at them like she does your customers. We were there celebrating a big event in our lives and spent $200 last night. Very disappointed.

Katie was one of the nicest hostesses ever! She had a smile on her face & asked everyone how their evening was going as she seated them. Great experience!

Great atmosphere...manager on duty (Roger) is very engaged with patrons...waitress(Hanah) takes care of guests and knowledgeable of menu items from appetizers to cocktails...great time and Great food

It was my 70th birthday celebration and the servers did an amazing job taking care of all the guest at my celebration. The manager came to the table and wished me Happy Birthday. He told me to select any dessert on the menu at no charge. That is the first time a manager has ever come to my table and spoken for any reason. Kudos to this amazing restaurant for the welcome! I love Outback and the service received makes me love it even more! Thank you for a great night!

The food was overcooked. But the service of the waiter Von and the young blonde host was top notch. The atmosphere was great, very busy, and cheerful. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and very busy. We asked the hostess for additional blooming onion sauce, we received with a minutes. Then we ask for additional forks. Again hostess returns in minutes. We would definitely go back.
