Outback Steakhouse

My host Alex, yes he treated me as if I were a guest at his home and not in very busy restaurant. Even though he had a busy night I observed him and I must say he took care of all of his guest with care. None of us had to get his attention to ask for anything from him, he was on point checking in on everyone making sure we all were OK. One of his tables had a crying baby and that didn't even cause any problems with how Alex serviced is guest. Alex you are a very welcoming host and I thank you for your hospitality. This restaurant is lucky to have you.

Everything was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed medium wings, cheeseburgers, and fries. The service was prompt and courteous. Can't wait to go back.

Niki was an outstanding server!! Unfortunately the French Onion soup and Loaded baked potato could have been warmer, but we’ll be back.

I don’t usually post reviews, but the level of service we received here was exceptional and worth praising. Roy was our server—we ordered an appetizer (Aussie Cheese Fries), the Prime Rib, and a baked potato/caesar salad. Everything came out hot and fresh within minutes of us ordering. I mean, even the Caesar salad went above and beyond what you expect from a Caesar salad. Great location and exceptional service. We will be back soon.

I ordered take out & my side salad was very sad. Just iceberg lettuce, croutons, a few bits of shredded cheese. No tomatoes or other vegetables. Besides that when I drove up & let the app know I was there, it took 9 minutes for the girl to bring my food out despite the app telling me it was ready. I literally saw the girl through the glass door sitting on her butt not paying attention. Needless to say I had a cold steak & broccoli when I got home. Very disappointed.

My husband and me we stop here to eat and we had a bad experience. Bad food and bad service. I don’t recommend this place.
