Really wish this place stayed open to capture some after-school business. Great drinks and food…nice option to chain locations.

Mediocre, at best. The monte crisco was cheap, soggy bread filled with cheap meat. The blueberry muffin likely came from Costco. The espresso had virtually no crema, and the latte was just hot milk over espresso. Tried two drip coffees; both were watery with a bit of a burnt taste. What an utter disappointment. Love love LOVE Our Place. I’ve had several different food items off the menu and all have been excellent!! They have a cute cozy spot for toddlers/young kids to play. I love that my toddler requests to go to the “coffee shop.”

Our Place has a surprisingly large food menu and it's been pretty good! I think the ambiance could be improved with two easy changes: the wall color and the lighting. Cool, turquoise walls combined with cool florescent lighting and grey floors makes for a cold atmosphere. Warm up the paint and the bulbs and it would make a big difference. Also ditch the fake vines!

My family and I were in town for a dance competition and needed some caffeine and food to start our day. We always try to support local businesses wherever we go which is how we found Our Place. They’ve been open a little over a year now. They have a warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious menu, and friendly staff. On our visit, we enjoyed orders of biscuits and gravy, lattes, and hot chocolate. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

MALAMA THE BEST COFFEE NOW AND FOREVER!

Coffee was scalding hot & without flavor- decor lacking personality. Seating crowded in some areas. Didn't end up drinking the coffee. So much potential & location is perfection.

Amazing place - we stopped on our way out of town for coffee and the coffee is amazing. When we stepped into the store, we were impressed with all the cool stuff the place had from books upon books to unique shirts and stickers, we could’ve been there for hours exploring! Will definitely be back if we are ever back in the area. Parking: I can see if they’re busy the parking can become an issue, but you’re on the side of a mountain. We have found that there’s not a ton of parking at many local places while visiting the Gatlinburg area. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible!
