Our Nest

My first time going here and didn’t know it was a dine in. I was able to order to go the wait was 25mins which is really good since they were busy, got to see how the atmosphere was which turns out it was very pleasant everyone happy and satisfied with their food, all the plates that came out of the kitchen looked Amazing! The service was FAST at making sure those who did come to dine in were seated immediately. Now for the food I got the kitchen sink burrito and sausage burrito ooooh boy let’s just say it was worth every second too delicious! I recommend this place!! I will next time do a dine in! Thank you so much!!

Called in advance to avoid having to wait spoke to a young lad who was very nice and said the wait was only 15 min for 6 people so we put our name down. We hurried over right after church just to be hit with " we don't have your name down" it will be 30 min wait. We said okay we are already here no problem. 30 min go by and still nothing, we finally got up to ask and they said it would be another 20 min before we would get seated... at this point our whole family was pretty let down at the fact we still had to wait and at the fact that they people working didn't seem to care about accommodating given the circumstances. Most employees were pretty dismissive any time we would ask for an update on time. We felt like more of an inconvenience rather than them trying to make up for whoever didn't write down our name. After this initial experience, we will never be trying to come here again. It was disappointing.

Great customer service and food.

What a great find and near home. We've eaten at Our Nest a couple of times and the experience has been great. The food is well prepared with very fresh and generous portions. Service is fast and friendly even when it gets busy. Ambiance is casual and relaxing. I recommend the breakfast nachos and breakfast burritos. Looking forward to the next visit.

This place is okay. Food is pretty good, but quite pricey for what it is.

Mediocre food and horrible, discriminatory service - or no service.. Visited recently for a weekday brunch. Place was about half full with customers. There were 2 servers, which was plenty for the number of patrons. Not a single time we were there servers even looked at us. We were just simply ignored and invisible. We felt they just didn't like Asians, as they were very attentive to non- Asian customers at other nearby tables. We really had to make an effort to get a coffee refil. What a weird experience just minutes away from a racially diverse Cal State Fullerton! As for food, it is over-priced at best. An example is their French toast, which looked nothing like the picture shown on its menu. I would definitely stay away from this restaurant!

I came here for takeout because I dined in and loved this place. I ordered over medium eggs and the yolks were solid when I cut the yolk open. The eggs are usually very runny when ordered over medium. Hash browns were not cooked well and no jam or jelly was provided for the toast. The breakfast sandwich we ordered was also extremely cold. To top this the restaurant required a 12% gratuity for takeout since they can’t pay their staff enough money to work there. So I paid $40 for an awful breakfast that got thrown away. The takeout as well as the policies suck. I’ve never heard of a restaurant requiring gratuity to take out, just pay the employees better. Gratuity is for dine in when a service is provided. Not when I have to drive to pick up my food from a business that serves food.

Good breakfast options. Service was great!
