Otaku Ramen

Ramen was not good at all. We tried 3 different ramen and didn’t like any of them.

Best ramen in town!

I'm pretty selective when it comes to my ramen, and Otaku pleasantly met the mark! Their hot chicken bao buns were absolutely delicious - they were so fresh, crispy and well seasoned, they literally left me without words! ✨

The menu prices have increase, however the portions have shrunk, when going there was no egg as that is an extra cost, when it was at once time free, the portion of pork/chicken has gotten smaller. I will not be returning to the restaurant any time. My best recommendation would be Black Dynasty Ramen.

I order to go quite frequently, and I’m just really disappointed with the service. Every single time I have picked up my order the extra add-ons that I pay for have never been in the bag. There’s been a few times where I got home to realize it’s missing. Then the last few times that I have checked the bag to make sure, and told them what I’m missing they act like it’s an inconvenience. I love the food, I love the convenience, it’s super close and has always been superb but the lack of caring is bothersome.

Phenomenal food and service as always! The karrage appetizer is huge and very good. The ramen is always superb, we drive all the way from Knoxville to eat here. The server even remembers us! Totally worth the drive!

Food was just no good which was saddening... The ramen was not cooked long enough at all and my egg was stone cold. For the price of their ramen food should have been way better! Honestly this is miles below the ramen place I go to in Mobile Al. but I will say it was kinda late around 45 minutes before closing but ramen is very easily cooked....
