Great Italian restaurant! Homemade pasta, wine pairings, delicious flavors! What's not to love!

Came to New York City to get on a cruise and made reservations to dine here the night before. We were seated early and initially we received good service. But, we had to ask each time for more ice tea, I was never offered another glass of wine, and we had to turn off the table light just to get the bill! Then, imagine our surprise when we were billed $6.00 for EACH glass of ice tea!!! $24.00 for ICETEA! No, we won’t be going back…

I have to say, I am quite pleased with this restaurant. The ambience was mysterious and made me feel like a fancy individual. I LOVED the food and service. They even let us taste the wine before committing to the bottle. The food was amazing and freshly made. I highly recommend the white truffle gnocchi ragout which was a delight. The baby calamari was really delicious; usually a delicacy only found in Taiwan, this Italian spin was quite amazing. Furthermore, the linguini with clams were solid. Very fresh and the pasta was cooked at a perfect al dente. Much appreciated. I would give this place 100 stars if I could.

Leave this place for the tourists who seem to like it. If you’re more seasoned than the average diner, find someplace else. It’s not good, and the waiter we had was annoying. Edited to add: Hey, waiter. Stop telling people you’re an Italian sommelier. You’re neither of those.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant was. Everyone enjoyed their meal for every course. They are on my list for a repeat performance.

One of the highlights of our trip! Had a reservation to eat here for our last night in the city. Rolando was our server for the night. He was super attentive, delightful, and offered wonderful recommendations. We had the rack of lamb, tagliolini, pomodoro, and linguini which were all spectacular. I was unsure of what wine to get and Rolando was very helpful with his recommendation, explaining why he chose the pairing. Overall, very pleasant experience and would come back again!!

It can be everything,but not italian !!
