Absolutely gorgeous food in an intimate setting. Impeccable service, warm hospitality and a stellar wine list. Highly recommend the Caesar salad, Osso Bucco, and dessert (we had the chocolate cake and panna cotta) let the manager guide your selections and you will leave enchanted and satisfied. This is Italian cuisine with attention to authenticity and quality of ingredients - not your average Americanized Italian.
A jewel box of a West Village restaurant. Service lovely. Entrees superb. Atmosphere quiet and delightful. Highly recommend. Ask for Antonio, a princely gentleman.
Food and service are encyclopedic, with a flair for plating that stands out. I sampled from multiple dishes and everything met or exceeded my expectations.
Bar too high / bar seats too low to sit and eat at
Cozy Italian spot with good vibe. Ordered an aperol spritz, a very Italian cocktail (aperol + Prosecco + club soda) and was served something not aperol + cava. No mention of the substitutions until I probed. Cava is much cheaper & lower quality than Prosecco and is Spanish. Come on guys.. don’t skimp on the drink ingredients and at least stay Italian. I did mention this to the manager and they took the drink off the bill—hopefully they make an adjustment to the bar. On the positive side, pasta was quite good as was sausage though a little small for $27.
Incredible meal. The cab beignet was amazing. The salmon entree was one of the best I’ve ever had. The wine was delicious and they recommended a great, reasonable option. Cozy atmosphere with ~10 tables. Recommend for any occasion.
I went here on Christmas and I had a wonderful experience! The setting was very intimate and the food was delicious! I also must add, I was very impressed by the wine selection. Definitely would recommend this gem.
