Great place, wonderful staff, Drew made it seem like we were eating with family rather than at a public restaurant. Great for the whole family. Highly recommend it! We will eat here again, and again, and again....

Very nice upstairs Italian dining experience, food was surprisingly good plus the small size gives it an intimate feeling.

The combination of the grilled salmon and spicy pesto is fantastic.

Everything about this place is amazing! We travel to Italy often and are obsessed with the food and wine… This place is so authentic and is the only truly Italian experience in Athens ( and surrounding areas!) The owner Drew introduced us to a brand new wine we had never heard of before, and it was absolutely amazing! We went with friends, and it was the perfect spot for a “double date”…. We will be back SOON for more of that DELICIOUS wine, pasta and Aperol Spritz !

5 STARS!!!! Athens has changed a lot since I've moved to CO and I'm sure it will continue to grow and change. However, I hope the one thing that continues to stay the same is Osteria Athena. Tucked away on E Broad Street you will stumble upon a local authentic Italian restaurant where the food and service is 10/10. I tried 4 different dishes, and each one was...chef's kiss. I'm shocked by any negative reviews here...."flavorless?"...far from it. If you are seeking more "flavor" aka canned processed sauce and a frozen meal taste, I recommend Olive Garden or Carrabba's. I would also recommend not going to Italy because the flavors here are closely matched to my visit in Como, Italy. I definitely have plans to come back and show my CO friends my hometown and the first stop will be Osteria Athena. Thank you for such a great night and I can't wait to come back.
