Orleans Seafood Kitchen

Placed an over the phone order on 3/17 at 8:11 pm, unfortunately the online ordering system was down. The rep was pleasant and accurate with our order and charges. I was told the restaurant had ran out of dirty rice, so 5 of my entries were substituted with white rice. However, after purchasing at total of $140 worth of food items and arriving home, we noticed all the fries in all 5 entries was old and extremely hard, and the crawfish etoufee in 3 entries was surprisingly bland. This is not our first time visiting or using the restaurants pick up options, we actually really enjoy the environment and the food options. Unfortunately this was our first time being extremely disappointed with the meals.

Straight forward, genuine, polite service, amazing food on the entire menu. Try something different everytime and the Octane Orange frozen drink always fits in amazing!!

I’m not a big Cajun food guy cause I don’t eat shrimp,crawfish etc (I know, I know, what’s wrong with me?!? ) but their chicken is always juicy and seasoned just right. The veggies always taste fresh, the rice is good and the bread is just like I like, big, just the right amount of crunch and buttery.

The food was terrible. So bland, no seasoning at all. The crawfish were literally falling apart, way too mushy & tasted old. Will not return.

Update. Food was good very tasty, very fresh, and the food was not burnt. Food came out fast. They had a little glitch with the system, but they handle the issue very well and very calm. So I do appreciate that, other than that the food did come out fast we enjoyed ourselves. We came here because of my Annie’s birthday but everything went well. They have a different platter to choose from. Gumbo could have been slightly better but other than that Food was amazing. Will be back. Owner is right they will make sure you have a table. My party was a large party so Word of advice make sure while you’re in line that you get your table have somebody get your table so that when you get your food you know where you’re going. OK so always keep that in mind but keep up the good work, will be back to give another review so be ready Orleans.
