Very poor service. No trays no service except making a coffee full stop. There was a reason this place was empty today and we were desperate to sit down after walking...my mother is 70 and had x2 kids in tow...we sat outside and I went in to order. Fine if you don't expect table service and charged premium...otherwise go to Costa or Gails. Very rude and dissapointing.

The best latte I've ever had in covent garden. The staff is so friendly and warm. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Rude and incompetent staff who clearly have a problem with women as consistently serving men before and then saying « that’s alright ». Appalling

Thought after 12 months I'd give Oree on Russell St, WC2 another go. Even worse than i remember. The tables are dirty and the outside spaces are taken up by with non customers resting their feet and chatting idly. Be prepared to take your food and drink over the road and stand by the Marquess of Anglesey Pub to eat and drink your beverage. Oree has really sunk. The staff are not organised, tables are dirty and my cake was so old it snapped the fork.

march 18 utter disgrace and absolute terrible food boarding on the uneatable.. ordered a hot chocolate and a cake . the hot chocolate was terrible but the cake was about 1 day old its was completely disgusting and not really edible, many tables left with rubbish and dirty , the staff went through the motions of being polite but without any real interest or feeling.. i knew before i went in that the chances of it being nothing a tourist trap was very high, but there was hope that the local council claps down on this sort of thing in-order not to discourage tourists . there was no point in complaining at the time , as you are going to get nothing but nonsense from the staff. I simply don’t have the will or want to engage people who have no interest in what they paid to do or care about for that matter… so we left to writing reviews on here in the hope you might get a point across.. this is a what happens when you fill the streets and areas with faceless, soulless, characterless chains … pretty sure you will now see 5 or 6 4 star and above fake reviews being posted over the next few to days , in order to fool others ..this is my first and last visit to this chain!!!

It’s a large café with a lot of seating and a large selection of sandwiches pre-made that were rather shiny, like they had been sprayed with Bee’s Wax! We ordered the standard Soya Mochas and a Mozzarella & Avocado roll and took our order ‘To Go’. The coffee was good, nice chocolatey flavour and the sandwich was ok, if maybe a bit rubbery.

West End theatreでミュージカルを見るための時間調整で利用をしました。 小さなカフェですが雰囲気もいいです。 好きなパン、ドリンクを選び席で食べました。 Filled & Stuffed Breadは温めてもらい温度も良かったです。 又の機会があれば寄りたいです。

I'd sat in here for a few hours and also waited for my daughter to head to the theatre. I'd ordered coffee and cake and then daughter arrived and she ordered a soft drink additional cake and crisps and the young man behind the counter had an issue with giving us a cup to share our soft drink stating "these cups are expensive"! Sorry! But we'd spent OVER the odds for beverages in this overpriced posh coffee shop in the middle of Covent Garden! So allowing us to have a couple of cups for our soft drinks should've been helpful, NOT a hindrance. Couldn't be bothered to take pictures of our purchases
