Says it closed at 10pm on the website, went at 9pm and it was closed.
The location is supposed to be open until 10 PM on Friday and Saturday. We drove from Sunbury on Friday, and it was 9 PM, and the store was closed. There were no signs at the location saying they were closing early. Doors were locked, and they were cleaning up.
We all know serve yourself frozen yogurt can be delicious and a little pricey. My review is because there is no signage in the store listing the price and the lone employee at the checkout register could only speculate what it might cost so my review is based on what kind of business doesn’t even let you know what you’re paying until you pay.
My boys and I have loved Orange Leaf since you came to Westerville years ago! I especially love that you have 6-7 non-dairy soft serve options! We love the choices and the toppings. I want to thank Kelly and Jayla for being incredibly helpful, fun and kind. Please open more locations.
Owner steals tips from the kids that work there to offset drawer shortages. Drawer is counted only after multiple days/shifts. This is the sketchiest of organizations at best. Beware and avoid or you’re supporting a strong arming, child abusing creep.

The ice cream is what it is. About what you'd expect from this kind of place. The state of the bathrooms and the toilet paper on the floor of the dining area gives you concerns about the cleanliness of the place.
Horrible service, Manager has attitude for no particular reason and the place is really dirty in every instance I've been there. The tables and chairs are flithy, the topings are mixed up, the whole place looks very unclean.
Say they close at 10 but lock doors over 20 minutes before closing time.
Frozen yogurt bars are my favorite! Prices are pretty ridiculous, but it doesn’t keep me from coming back. We’ve had both positive & negative experiences with the staff being present or kind, but I don’t feel it’s a reflection of this business. I mean you’re here for the FroYo, and it never disappoints It would be more professional/courteous for the owner to be more personable in their replies to negative reviews on here though, so as to offer actual resolve or want to rectify the experiences. I think it would go a long way in retaining the business of unhappy customer experiences, but I get it, ya can’t please everyone. I will say it’s very attractive as a perspective consumer to see businesses wanting to do better or do more though
