I live 2 blocks from downtown Campbell and eat at Opa frequently. I ate there tonight and it was a disappointing experience. Waiter Carlos made fun of my request to use a heater at my outside table, repeatedly called me “Hey Lady” and the chicken I ordered had several dark pink areas and seemed undercooked. I told my waiter it was pink and even though he told the chef, nothing was done to offer something else to eat. I paid for the meal but only ate about 15% of it. It’s unfortunate this is one of my favorite restaurants and usually enjoy it. I don’t know if this was an off night or a downturn in quality and service.
I honestly we came into this place super excited! To my surprise out of all the nights we decided to dine in and not take out “no tables available” and long extended wait times. We decided to just call it a night and go home when a nice young lady named Alessandra assisted us and immediately accommodated us! She turned our night around. She was very warm and welcoming! By far an extraordinary experience. Thanks again Alessandra for making the impossible possible! Great food, good atmosphere and phenomenal service from Alessandra and wait staff. Thanks again Opa!!
Rude waitress! $84.00 for pitta chips topped with feta cheese, two sangria's, one dish of two slices of dog food looking meatloaf served with runny mashed potatoes topped with spinach. Tasted awful. First and last time.
Delicious, fresh, healthy! Great service. Highly recommended!
Agradable lugar para comer al aire libre! Kid-friendliness: Menú para niños.
