Toasted marshmallow was delicious! Lots of real vanilla flavor and caramelized sugar - not just bland/sweet. Creamy and craveable!

There's a lot of great ice-cream shops in the area, but OOPS really shines in its own way! Every flavor is unbelievably creamy and rich, and the quality speaks for itself. My personal favorites are the wild blueberry cheesecake and brown butter pecan.

The cinnamon sugar was amazing! My 4 year old and I both loved it. Not too sweet, but tons of flavor! Their waffle cones were perfect in both taste and texture. The service was fantastic! Very friendly and happy to answer all my little guys questions. We will be back soon!

Having had the pleasure of working on the storefront for oops , I can attest to the exceptional quality and creativity that defines this craft cream store. Their ice cream is simply the best. If you appreciate exceptional ice cream, a visit to oops is an absolute must. Best in the city

Walked past cute new shop and thought... why not?? I was craving my usual butter pecan flavour and surprised to see an elevated version - brown butter pecan! ✨️ After a little sampling, I settled on a cone of black sesame and a pint of the brown butter pecan. Both flavours were not too sweet and the ice cream itself is quite delicate in texture; more gelato-like consistency. I will absolutely come back and try all the other flavours! 10/10.

Best new ice cream place in Toronto! I tried out the mint chocolate chip which is my favorite ice cream flavour in general & it did not disappoint! The ice cream was flavourful & did not taste artificial. Will definitely come back for other flavors. Great friendly staff as well!
