Shockingly bad service ordering from Oodles on Uber Eats. We had planned to open our fast with this meal at 7:45pm, we ordered at 7pm. The food arrived at 8:50pm and there was food missing. The restaurant never pick up the phone and when they do, they hang up immediately. It would have been really nice to have an update to get an update on the food status. It would have also been nice to be able to speak to the restaurant to try to get our correct food order, so that my youngest brother would have food to eat.

Ordered twice very good food first time really enjoyed. The second I collected waited around 40mins for food to be cooked and next day felt not myself. Tables are deserted no one sits inn so it makes you wonder if the self service options is there weak point where cooking for deliveroo is easier and less pressure
