Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Good spot for Hawaiian BBQ. They give large portions and the quality of the food is good. Definitely worth a try if you like this style of food

They didn't start cooking the food until the cook arrived after 11 am. Then they didn't even give the right plates to the correct people. They were slow and late and didn't even apologize for the error and the long wait.

The place was getting slammed with customers today. The server (Billy, I think) did an amazing job working the front. He was still nice and friendly, smiling and upbeat under the pressure. Looked like everyone in the back was working hard. It took a little while to get the food, but considering the circumstances it's perfectly understandable. Food was hot and delicious when I got it. They may not see this review, but that's a team to be proud of.

Absolutely the most difficult place to order from. Always something messed up or missed. Customer service is subpar and uncooperative.

I love their Lemon Pepper Chicken. Great portion sizes and delicious food! The staff is great as well.
