Food is ok. This place is very dirty. Customer service is horrible. Had an expired coupon and they would not honor it. Guess they don’t need the money or the customers.

Excellent to all workers! I only came here because I was very hungry and it was close. Normally I would pick anybody just about, besides Ono Hawaiian. I've been to 3 others- Fremont hub, Decoto Rd and one other I can't remember. None of them had this great service quality or good food. Whipple Rd store, you do it right!!

The staff is friendly, the food is tasty and the restaurant is clean inside and out. Highly recommended this Ono Hawaiin location.
