Ono Hawaiian BBQ

I went to go eat here with my friends a while ago, and when I ordered the chicken katsu, it was raw.. my friends told me to go tell them upfront about it and the two cashiers were very helpful, and told the people in the kitchen about the issue. They remade it for me but it still came raw. at that point I didn’t even want to be a bother anymore because I already felt that I was being too annoying especially since they were dealing with a large order, I just ate the macaroni salad, honestly I felt that the people in the kitchen just had the fryer on high to mess up twice on it. I honestly don’t recommend eating any chicken here.

I bet the best service from the cashiers every time I go I'm a trucker so I can appreciate a good hot delicious meal the guy with the nose ring is the best!!

Greasy food. Sweet taste.
