This place will always hold a special place in my heart because it was where my husband brought me on our first date(sidenote : he took all his first dates here because he figured even if the date ended badly, he'd still get a great meal) (side side note: I used to do the same thing). We sat down and it was like lightning flashing, we tried to stop talking long enough to order our drinks and food and made sure to tip our super patient waiter extra for having to wait on us for an eternity to order. The prices are little up there for pizza but it's worth it. I've had almost all of them and even the ones with ingredients that you think don't belong on pizza and they are all delicious. Eat here. But not too often, it's still our favorite spot and I'm not trying to make it even harder to get the goods.
Great food. Very well attended dining room. Good and clean, with an excellent menu.
We ordered a pizza to go and had to wait since it wasn't ready when we arrived. It was a Thursday night, and the restaurant was about half full with plenty of room for us to sit and wait at the bar. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. In spite of not being crowded, street parking was limited and we had to park around the corner. I was a bit skeptical about the pizza since it was pretty light on the toppings. The sauce seemed almost nonexistent, but the pepperoni and olives gave it plenty of flavor. We had ordered half pepperoni and half margherita with olives on all of it. If you have a big appetite, I'd recommend ordering something in addition to the pizza if you're sharing it with others. Parking: Parking can be a bit of a challenge. We ended up parking around the corner and walking.
Good wedge salad, no photo because I ate it fast
Decent food, the brussel sprouts seemed to be intentionally charred but it came off a little dry and lacking in the right balance of flavor. All the veggie pizzas came without red sauce so we got the mushroom pizza with red sauce and it was pretty good. It was insanely crowded which is fine and the service felt rushed but I don't blame anyone they were slammed.
I will never recover if this place moves or closes
