This was by far the best oxtail I’ve had in the state. I’m from the east coast and I grew up around a lot of Jamaicans Who cooked authentic Jamaican food and this is what I have to say is the epitome of just that. Anybody who says anything else is talking out of their a**. The only thing I’m upset about is that I only discovered them the week I’m moving out of LA but I will be making the best of this last week. Also the festivals are amazing cabbage was Cooked. Kudos to the chef!!!
I absolutely love this place! I come here all the time because the food and people are amazing. I’m from Brooklyn and my family is Caribbean on both sides since moving to LA I was searching for good Jamaican food and this is the BEST spot in the entire state for real!! The food is always phenomenal and the people are so sweet and always friendly. I take everyone here. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
Was overpriced and underwhelming
Customer service was great, I ordered oxtail and Rice and Beans with a side of cabbage. Oxtail was well done very delicious I would definitely come back
I recently had the pleasure of dining at One 876 Caribbean Restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The authentic Jamaican flavors and warm hospitality truly made me feel like I was back in the Caribbean. The owner's personal touch and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious - each dish bursting with bold and vibrant flavors that transported me to the sunny shores of Jamaica. The jerk chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the ackee and saltfish was a delightful reminder of the rich culinary heritage of Jamaica. Not only was the food exceptional, but the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. The friendly staff and the owner's warm presence made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Jamaican cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend One 876 Caribbean Restaurant. It's a true gem in Chatsworth, and I can't wait to return for another delightful meal.
Literally some of the worst Oxtails I’ve ever eaten!
Great food, im from nyc and this is the closest it gets to authentic flavors and taste.
This place gets 2 stars, mostly because of bad service. I'm assuming the "dude" in there mean muggin' and staring at paying customers was the owner. The cashier looked "afraid" of him and made sure to look at him before answering any question asked of her. The oxtails and meat patty were good. The lack of forks or napkins wasn't good. What also wasn't good was after having to go back in and ask for forks and napkins was being given 1 fork and 1 napkin for 2 people. The lemon cake was missing either eggs or milk, I couldn't tell which. Yeah - No. I won't be back. Kid-friendliness: Just day no Wheelchair accessibility: Just say no
