My son and I tried One Under on a trip into Vancouver one night. We didn't eat much other than peanuts and cheese bread but both were good. The other food going past us looked good. We had never done a golf simulator before, we found the set up was great for our skill level and fun on a rainy night. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our questions. My son is 12 and he enjoyed it. They don't promote it as a child friendly environment due to some issues they had in the past with groups of kids. Also it's a bar / Pub so if that type of environment isn't suitable for your kids this isn't the place for you. Overall yes I would return
3 Stars just b/c we were from out of town and didn’t know it would be busy on Sunday morning. The Bar was fun and staff were really friendly. The drink was great as well.
I bought my son a gift card for Christmas thinking it would be a fun day for us to go here. Initial greeting by the staff was good but this was as good as it got from the staff. We were set up on a simulator by another staff member and this was the last time we were talked to by staff for 2 hours until there was a warning we had 15 minutes left of our time. No offer of drink refills. No ask about food. No check in to see if we were doing ok. I definately wouldnt recommend or go back.
Good food good atmosphere
Same as other reviewer. They charge you $22 for a very small burger, with no lettuce or tomatoes, and a little cup on the side with chips. That's right, not even fries. No wonder the place was empty. Big mistake we made.
