ONE Dine at One World Observatory

Paid for the premium dinner experience, which meant we got the “best” seats. Only to find that the restaurant is on a mezzanine, putting us 30 feet from the windows, and with all of the observatory visitors milling around just beneath us. No premium view as we were so far from the windows. No premium atmosphere as you have the noise from all of the observatory visitors. It felt more like being in a cafe, and for around $200 per person I would expect a lot more. Like being right next to a window. The design of the restaurant area does not allow for this, nor does it allow for a fine dining atmosphere, which I would expect for this money.

Once in a lifetime experience! You pay for the location but the food is great too!

Arranged to come to New York for sons 21st and booked the trip around taking him for dinner on his birthday to one dine at one world observatory.You can only book 30 days in advance so booked the table as soon as we could.Got several emails asking to confirm the booking in which I responded yes.Arrived in New York to find an email sent less than 24 hours from the booking to say they had cancelled the reservation without reason. Tried to call and just kept getting answer machine.Left messages and nobody got back. Then they had the cheek to send an email the next day saying thanks for confirming your cancellation even though at no point did I cancel. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all if it’s a special occasion as they are unreliable and pretty much don’t care.

On s’y arrête … pour l’expérience unique de déjeuner à + de 500m du sol !!! ❤️ la nourriture goûtée était + que correcte, mais le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas affolant. Les vins étaient assez médiocres. Très bon point pour le service : super souriant et agréable !

It was a great experience. Especially if you have the Go City Pass. They provide you a variety of cocktails for $10 - It's only one per pass though. But this is a great experience otherwise because once you walk in, you see beautiful views of the city. There isn't much seating, so that's part of the reason for less than 5 stars. But the bartender wasn't pushy with getting us out and let us enjoy the view and drinks. She checked in a perfect amount of times. When the drink was finished. Quickly, but not too quickly afterwards

Food was amazing, views are outstanding, professional staff. This was one of the best nights to remember! One in a lifetime experience. 10/10.

Haque M was a wonderful server who assisted us on our choice of drinks and food. He was very knowledgeable waiter and had a wonderful attitude during our visit. Him and the waiter accommodate our seats to give us the best view possible and managed to sit us without reservations. It was such a great experience.

Had lunch there on a Sunday. Service was very very slow. I ordered a medium cooked steak and it was well done. Our table was kind of dirty and the staff were not the friendliness. The menu is a good collection of dishes and the views and atmosphere are amazing.
