Roy was rude for no reason.

The manager Roy kicked me and my friends out saying I was "too intoxicated" after 2 minutes of being in the building. This is interesting bc I decided not to drink tonight and got a water as soon as I walked in. Idk how that conclusion came about. Furthermore, if I was too intoxicated idk why I would've been allowed entry in the first place by the 3 bouncers at the door. He made us leave and throw out the waters we paid for. When we asked if I was being mistaken for someone else he threatened me and my friends. He also wouldn't speak directly to me and instead decided to only speak to my boyfriend about the situation like I wasn't there. He told my boyfriend to "get his girl". Sexist and disgusting human, idk how he got a management position but he should be reevaluated for the position. Also, upon further questioning the bouncers said they didn't understand why we were kicked out and it must've been a misunderstanding. Many better places to spend your money downtown. Roy also made it seem like he owned the establishment saying things like “get off of my property”. Fear not though, they have a number to call on the sign outside if you have any complaints that does not connect:) All in all, if you want to waste your money go ahead and burn it instead. At least it would be going to a better cause!

The bodyguard the the front refused to take my ID since it looks odd even though it’s real. I offered him to check my passport as well and he said he could not accept it. Is it because I am an foreigner and he was being racist?

(UPDATE: I found the girls Instagram .. @kitty_taylor96 on Instagram… please do better. ) I moved to San Antonio 5 months ago and been wanting to go to this place since I’ve drove by. I finally got the chance to go tonight and my experience was horrible. Im never the type to write bad reviews but this certain bartender really ruined my whole night. I asked for a mixed drink and 1 beer and gave her a whole $20 and only gave me $1 back and when I asked for my change she got upset and refused because supposedly she “gave it” to me in 1s. It was a few dollars so I brushed it off but im sure she’ll probably try to get over somebody else thinking that they’re drunk.

Never coming here again. Found this girl's ig through another review on here. @kitty_taylor96 on IG is the rudest bartender there. Literal trash.

Place was good until a bartender had drama with her boyfriend and a person we knew. Went to ask for a water not knowing the situation that went on between them. The person that she had an issue with was not even there and she was upset with me and another friend for no reason as if we knew what happened between them. So the head of security and one other security kick us out as if we started something with her a fight or intoxicated.The sad part of this situation is we know all the security that works there only with the exception of one that kick us out. This was a person issue that had nothing to do with us. I feel that issues like this one should stay out side of a business, that’s there to make money not drama….

It's a chill underground bar with billard tables. If I'm in the area again I'd go back to hang out there with friends!
